More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers
Site plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also contained in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a legend labelling various parts of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the current congressional release.
